Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the appointment of Diane Poo as Director for People Partnering in Singapore and Malaysia. Diane will be based in Singapore and report directly to Anne-Sophie Curet, Senior Vice President, EMEA & APAC People Partnering.

Diane brings over 20 years of extensive experience across a range of industries, including Building, Energy, Retail, IT, and Hospitality. Most recently, she led the Southeast Asia HR Business Partnering team at Johnson Controls, where she successfully drove initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness across the region.
In her new role, Diane will support both the Singapore leadership team, as well as other regional leaders based in Singapore. She will oversee HR teams in Singapore and Malaysia, executing key people strategies and aligning local business priorities with Cushman & Wakefield’s regional and global initiatives. Her leadership will be pivotal in supporting critical business objectives and driving organisational success.
