Cushman & Wakefield was engaged by IMM Investment to deliver a design and build solution for their new Singapore office at CapitaGreen. The project encompassed a complete fit out of a 2,540 square foot space. The primary objective was to create a sophisticated and functional environment that not only meets the operational needs of IMM Investment but also reflects their brand identity and aesthetic preferences.

The design concept centred on a modern classic colour palette, featuring blacks, whites, and muted shades to craft a balanced and elegant workspace. The selection of materials and finishes highlighted quality, simplicity, and professionalism. This approach ensured that the workspace not only mirrored IMM Investment’s contemporary taste but also maintained a timeless appeal.
