Kimberley oversees Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Administration service line in EMEA, through which Cushman & Wakefield manages ~40,000 interests on behalf of our clients.

Kimberley is responsible for the data management and lease abstraction service delivery to Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA clients through the Budapest Portfolio Services Center (PSC), including proactive critical date management to drive client portfolio strategy, industry-leading data accuracy, client reporting and risk management. She provides oversight to data management and lease accounting transitions across EMEA.

Kimberley has 13 years’ experience in the corporate real estate sector, including portfolio planning, data management and strategic transaction delivery for global corporations. Previously leading global client portfolios, she was responsible for developing real estate strategies that delivered against clients' business objectives, with accountability for delivery of the contract scope and Cushman & Wakefield’s performance against key metrics.
