Michael Creamer is a global corporate property expert, having worked in New York for 13 years, Asia Pacific for two, and the UK since 2000. Michael set up and has grown new business lines focused on corporate real estate, ensuring profitability and a strong market presence. He is Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services business in EMEA.

Additionally, Michael services as an Associate Professor at Oxford Brookes University, teaching their corporate real estate module. He sits on the Real Estate Committee of King's College, London and the Advisory Board for UCL's MSc REEIA / BREI courses, as well as hosting the popular We Make It Work podcast.

Michael has served as a Board member of CoreNet Global as well as the UK Chapter. Additionally he is a past President of the RICS in North America.
