Richard joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1998 and has over 20 years experience within Corporate Real Estate. Richard works with Corporate Occupiers aligning Strategic Real Estate Portfolio Planning with their business objectives and operational needs. He typically works alongside the Global Heads of Real Estate and supports Financial and HR Directors.
Richard has experience and track record in portfolio strategy / transaction management / data & analytics / cost saving & transformation initiatives as well as growth strategies and capital raising.
He sits on both the Global Occupier Services (GOS) EMEA and UK&I Executive Committee’s and seeks to challenge clients and drive creative, innovative and integrated real estate.
Richard heads the EMEA Technology Sector group providing global and regain all insight into a sector that is part of most organisations. Richard presents at industry events on the future if workplace and the real estate trends.
Richard works with all parts of the Cushman & Wakefield business bringing the best talent and skill sets to support his and the wider businesses clients. Challenging clients, building teams, creating solutions and mobilising strategic projects is Richard’s key strength.
