Rating App

When changes in the locality or to a property affect its use, companies can often save on business rates.

Cushman & Wakefield now offers clients an easy way to let us know about such changes so that we can generate savings for you – through the Cushman & Wakefield Rating App.

Cushman & Wakefield has developed an industry first mobile app that offers ratepayers an easy way to tell us about changes affecting their property. Similarly, the app is also used by colleagues across Cushman & Wakefield to identify potential business rates savings – and as a result, we have already secured some significant reductions for clients.
