Brian P. Weld has been active in the New York City metropolitan area and around the country on behalf of tenants, owner occupiers and investors since 1981. Brian’s guiding principles are Service, Integrity and Excellence.

One of the foundations of his business philosophy is loyalty to his customers. His passionate “no detail overlooked” advocacy on behalf of his clients has been characterized by a significant number of repeat transactions from the different organizations and corporate groups he has represented.

The members of his team are Matt Etlinger, Jennifer Song  and Steven C. Rockefeller III. Together they focus on China related projects and a host of domestic requirements across the United States.

Brian and his colleagues collaborate with a nine person Cushman & Wakefield interdisciplinary team to effectively serve and protect the interests of the groups they represent.

By working together to meticulously manage the real estate process, Brian and his team ensure that no detail is overlooked and that all real estate decisions align with the organization’s strategic business objectives. Brian and his team function as the organization’s off-site real estate department for the duration of any occupancy agreement they have negotiated.

Brian is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
