As a tenant broker, Bruce has been involved in some of the most complex and largest lease transactions in the city, with several winning the Leasing Transactions of the Year Awards. Known as one of the most dynamic marketers, his DesignLab spec office suites won the “Best of Northern Virginia Award” from NAIOP. This project was featured in Architecture Magazine and made the cover of URBANLAND. 

Bruce’s achievements have been acknowledged in the Real Estate Industry by numerous awards, including “Broker of the Year” and “Leasing Transaction of the Year” in 2009 and “Top Leasing Award” in 2010 by CREBA. Additionally, he received the “Brendan McCarthy Memorial Award” in 2014, considered to be the industry’s top award. 

In 2013 Bruce received the B’nai B’rith International Distinguished Humanitarian Award. Bruce was selected because of his enlightened civic concern, philanthropic leadership and commitment to excellence.
