Chad joined Cushman & Wakefield (Cassidy Turley/DTZ Legacy) in 2003 and specializes in retail & shopping center investment sales and agency leasing, ground-up development advisory, and tenant representation. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chad was an acquisitions analyst and asset manager for Aspen Properties & Spectrum Property Management, respectively.
Today, Chad and his partners lead the Southern California Retail Advisory Team for Cushman & Wakefield. The Team’s multi-faceted experience in lease negotiations, site selection strategy, acquisitions, and dispositions as retail specialists have been instrumental to the success of their clients. On a national level, Chad is the master broker for Chuze Fitness and regionally represents notable companies such as Citibank, Reef Apparel, Qdoba, Skechers, Bank of America, and several others. In addition to tenant advisory, Chad and his team represent the agency leasing over 6 million square feet of shopping centers throughout San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties.
Chad is consistently named as one of “Costar’s Power Brokers of the Year” and is a top producer for Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Division. He is an active participant in the University of San Diego Real Estate Alumni Association and ICSC. Chad has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing and has his CCIM Designation.
