Ellen Akopyan joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2024, specializing in agency leasing, advisory and transaction services in the greater Puget Sound region. Ellen is enthusiastic and driven to support landlords and tenants in their real estate endeavors throughout the Seattle area. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ellen earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the UW Runstad Department of Real Estate. In the summer of 2023, she interned with Cushman, assisting the research and brokerage teams with their daily operations. Additionally, Ellen gained valuable experience through an internship at Aegis Living, where she worked in the Financial Department helping manage Real Estate Assets. Her early career included working at her family’s accounting firm, where she developed a strong foundation in accounting, taxes, payroll, and business operations.
