Serving as a Senior Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics and Industrial Services Group, Gary Collett has spent the past 36 years accumulating a diverse and comprehensive base of knowledge. His expertise includes tenant representation, supply chain logistics, corporate accounts, investment sales, and warehouse, office/ showroom, and office/tech leasing.

For 16 years, Collett served as Cushman & Wakefield’s Regional Director for both the FedEx corporate account and the FedEx EMEA account. Through this experience, he has been involved in the closing of more than 1,300 lease transactions, totaling 10 million square feet and build-to-suit projects of approximately 1.5 million square feet.
