Harold S. Jacobsen IV joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Northern Virginia office in 2007. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Harold has worked with government contractors, technology companies, investment banks, and law firms. Harold works closely with clients to review their portfolios, identify needs, create strategic plans and perform complex financial modeling. He provides his clients with the quantitative and qualitative information needed to make an informed decision and achieve optimal results. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Harold worked for 3M Enterprises as a Financial Analyst with its leasing and development groups. Projects included shopping centers and office buildings in Michigan, Washington, DC, and California.
