Jodie Dostal has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years as a commercial property leasing and sales specialist. He has represented the interests of corporations and institutions in the leasing and purchasing of commercial property primarily in Fairfield County.

Mr. Dostal received his BA from Connecticut College, where he majored in Sociology.

Successfully leased 180,000 sf in 2+ years at 1600 Summer Street, a Class-A office building in Stamford, CT.
On behalf of Procter & Gamble, subleased 225 High Ridge Road West, a 117,000-sf Class-A building in Stamford, CT.
