Mike Mathias has extensive commercial real estate experience, solely focused on representing fast growing and high-profile occupier clients both globally and across various industry sectors, including technology, finance, media, and entertainment. His approach to advising global occupier clients centers around their overall business strategy and how this translates to their talent needs in order to drive the overall real estate portfolio and workplace outcomes. He is also the Co-Chair for the NYC Technology Practice Group, which brings together the full capabilities of the Cushman & Wakefield platform to focus on creating and developing best-in- class advisory services geared specifically towards occupiers across the technology sector.

Throughout his career, Mike has advised occupier clients for more than five million square feet of lease transactions, with more than one million square feet completed from 2019 through 2021. Some of his most notable clients include: Celonis, Warby Parker, Digital Currency Group, Betterment, Ramp, Noom, Integral Ad Science, Zeta Global, Shutterstock, Policy Genius and other major technology companies.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mike was with Savills where he was responsible for developing and executing creative real estate solutions on behalf of his clients. While there, he also led an early career broker training program for two years, and managed and mentored rising talent. Throughout his career, Mike has been recognized with a number of industry awards.
