As an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, Stephen Cadorette works on one of Long Island’s top producing commercial brokerage teams under Executive Managing Director, David Pennetta Stephen’s expertise and core competencies are office leasing (both tenant rep and agency work), investment sales and commercial development projects. However, his experience reaches far beyond that to industrial properties, self-storage, and land development. Taking an omnichannel approach, has allowed Stephen to use his analytical thinking and expertise to benefit companies across industries, while gaining a more holistic understanding of the Long Island commercial market in its entirety. In his efforts to become a dominating figure in the industry, and expand his expertise, Stephen has become an active member of Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG), Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL), and Commercial Industrial Brokerage Society (CIBS), where he has become the youngest member on the PAC committee. 

In his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Stephen has already sourced and facilitated transactions on a national scale.  Through his work, Cadorette has gained experience representing some of the largest commercial tenants and occupiers on Long Island.  Most notably, he helps to exclusively represent the municipal account for Suffolk County, assisting in all their commercial transactions.  Other recent, and notable work includes winning an exclusive agency on one of the largest office availabilities in Suffolk County and facilitating the redevelopment sale of an industrial asset. In 2021, Stephen received recognition from Long Island Business News (LIBN) as a rising star, being named as a nominee on their 30 Under 30 list; an award for bright and dynamic young professionals under the age of 30, that have made significant strides in business and are changing their respective industries. Cadorette has also guest lectured an undergraduate class for Stony Brook University’s Real Estate Institute Program and is certified in NYS as a public notary.
