OVERVIEW

A 34 storey building above grade consisting of 32 typical office floors, basement concourse, ground floor and upper retail terrace, all connected to the 3 shopping levels of Cumberland Terrace. The building is of reinforced concrete construction with single glazed, bronze tinted glass curtain wall. Supply air for heating or cooling is provided at the perimeter zone through induction units below the windows and to the interior zone by air ducts to supply air boots over light fixtures. There are 10 Armor gearless high speed elevators with a capacity of 3,500 pounds or 22 persons. Located in the centre of the Bloor office district, part of a complex with three levels of retail extending from Yonge to Bay Streets. Direct underground pedestrian connections to the Yonge/Bloor subway station beneath the Hudson Bay Centre and the Bay subway station under 1240 Bay Street. The Plaza II and Windsor Arms hotels are within one block of the building. The building has undergone extensive renovations to the main lobby and common areas.
