The Frankfurt Office Agency team of Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s largest real estate consultancies, has successfully brokered an office space in the ‘Turmcarrée’ office and commercial building to a new tenant. The ‘Turmcarrée’ property is part of a fund managed by HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH.
The new tenant in the property at Bleichstrasse 55–59 is Assenagon Asset Management S.A. The financial services company, headquartered in Luxembourg, will occupy approximately 400 square metres of office space here. Assenagon is one of the fastest-growing independent asset managers in Europe and previously had its presence in Frankfurt just a few metres away on Hochstrasse.
The ‘Turmcarrée’, which was built in 2014, offers a total rental space of 11,750 m² spread across five floors. Current tenants include Elements Fitness and Wellness Eschenheimer Turm, Synexus Clinical Research, and Senso Gussböden Frankfurt. There is still around 800 m² of office space available for new tenants.
The ‘Turmcarrée’ is well connected to public transport. The nearest underground station is ‘Eschenheimer Tor’, is only about a minute’s walk away and is served by U-Bahn lines U1, U2, U3, and U8. The S-Bahn station "Hauptwache" is also nearby, offering connections via S-Bahn lines S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S8, and S9.
