(CWAM), has acquired "LF Kobe Yasakadai" and has been entrusted to provide asset management services for the logistics facility located in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture.

LF Kobe Yasakadai is located within the Kobe Distribution Centre, a concentration of logistics facilities about 1.6 km from the “Fusehata” interchange on the Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway, making it an excellent location for a distribution base providing easy access to Kobe City and other parts of western Japan. The location is also advantageous in terms of attracting talent and growing a workforce for the facility with the surrounding area being residential within walking distance of “Sogo Undo Koen” Station on the Kobe Municipal Subway Seishin-Yamate Line.

It has high cargo storage capacity, is well-shaped with easy loading/unloading features, providing very efficient space for tenants.
