Todd Olson is Country Head of Japan and operationally serves as Executive Managing Director, North Asia also covering Korea. He is also a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Committee overseeing the Asia Pacific regional business for the firm. Having lived and worked in Japan for over 30 years, Todd is one of the most seasoned professionals in the commercial real estate industry.

Todd specializes in Capital Markets and Tenant Representation corporate advisory and transactional work for Clients in addition to his management responsibilities. He also serves as the senior member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Asia Pacific Data Center Advisory Practice Group with 7 years of experience specializing and working on data center requirements in Japan and throughout the region.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in March 2007, worked for Jones Lang LaSalle for 9 years as Head of Tenant Representation and Corporate Solutions (Tenant Representation, Project Management and Facility Services) Japan. Todd also served on the Global Tenant Representation Board.

General Manager, Corporate Real Estate Division for 5 years at the leading Japanese office brokerage firm, IKOMA Corporation. Managed global alliance including CB Commercial (U.S.), DTZ (EMEA), CY Leung (Greater China) and Edmund Tie (Singapore/SE Asia).

Manager, Overseas Division for Japanese Developer, Sky Court Co., Ltd. for 5 years. Asset Managed US$300 mil. real estate portfolio.
