Public advisory

Cushman & Wakefield’s team leads the market for demand and supply analysis, strategy, and portfolio structuring in the sector. We the largest and most up to date student accommodation datasets, employing locational analysis to track an unrivalled number of properties. Our client base includes universities, private providers, developers and operators of PBSA. The combination of data and experience enables us to provide you with the most valuable insight and advice.
