Rupert Bridgman joins from Knight Frank to take on the role
Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Rupert Bridgman as a Partner to its UK Lease Advisory team.
Bridgman has spent the last seven years at Knight Frank, advising clients across the South East, including Thames Valley, the Oxford-Cambridge Arc and Greater London boroughs.
At Cushman & Wakefield, supporting Gino D’Anna, Head of Lease Advisory, Bridgman will provide strategic advice to both investors and occupiers across the offices and life sciences sectors. Cushman & Wakefield’s Lease Advisory team works with both investors – identifying opportunities for value growth and negotiating terms that maximise rental and capital value – and occupiers, minimising leasehold liabilities and securing terms that meet clients’ business objectives and vision.
Gino D’Anna, Head of Lease Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We are thrilled that Rupert has joined the team. He has an exceptional reputation in the industry and has the skills and capabilities to provide first-class advice to clients across the offices and life sciences sectors. Our Lease Advisory offer combines the best market intelligence with an extensive understanding across the sectors. He will be a valuable addition to the team.”
Rupert Bridgman, Partner, UK Lease Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “I am delighted to join Cushman & Wakefield, which has a reputation for providing strong specialist sector advice, and I am looking forward to collaborating with clients to enhance their strategies and decision making.”
