Adam joined Cushman & Wakefield’s national Student Housing Capital Markets in early 2023 to lead the team’s research and analysis capabilities. As Senior Financial Analyst, Adam oversees the team’s financial analysis and underwriting, valuations, industry and economic reporting, and more.

During his nearly 20 years in commercial real estate, Adam has been an active in development, acquisitions, and asset management, with extensive experience in a variety of property types including retail, hospitality and both single- and multi-family residential, including student housing. Prior to joining the national Student Housing Capital Markets team, Adam led the acquisition and disposition efforts for a national student housing owner/operator. An expert in real estate analytics, market research and financial modeling, Adam has also served as a consultant for a diverse list of clients across the commercial real estate industry.
