Aubrey Waddell joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, bringing with her 20 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and services across multiple industries. As Chief Executive of Global Occupier Services (GOS), she leads our service line that delivers comprehensive real estate solutions to the world’s largest occupiers. These solutions include workplace strategy, portfolio management, transaction management, project management, and integrated facilities management.
Previously, Aubrey served as Head of Commercial Operations and Strategy for GOS. In this role, she led a diverse team specializing in negotiation, solution architecture, transition management, procurement, business development, marketing, and pricing.
Her leadership approach focuses on commercial outcomes, underpinned by a strategic vision that positions our firm and clients for long-term growth. Aubrey believes in addressing each client’s unique needs and challenges through a partnership model, built on the pillars of transparency and flexibility in service delivery.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Aubrey was with JLL for 12 years, culminating in her role as Managing Director of Commercial for the Work Dynamics division. She also held the position of General Counsel for Americas Work Dynamics, with a highly successful record in negotiating complex multi-national transactions, shaping preferred commercial models, and mitigating enterprise risk.
Aubrey’s professional career began in the field of Real Estate Law with firms DLA Piper US LLP and Alston Bird LLP, before her tenure at JLL starting in 2009.
