Mr. Breeding’s background includes the representation of both tenants and landlords. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Breeding was a leasing professional with RJ King and Associates Healthcare Real Estate where he was responsible for the leasing and marketing of a medical office building portfolio exceeding 650,000 sf. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Breeding worked in a general and vascular surgeon’s office, gaining valuable real-world experience on the efficient operation of medical practices and optimizing business models within the healthcare industry.
