As President, Project & Development Services (PDS), Americas, Brian Ungles oversees over 1,600 professionals managing over 9,500 projects valued at $12.5 billion. He leads PDS in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central and South America markets, as well as the Project Management service line within our Global Occupier Services (GOS).
Brian is responsible for driving the strategic vision and operations of PDS, which provides clients with the most effective project delivery from the planning phase through project completion. Always putting the client first, PDS focuses on protecting client investments by mitigating risk, driving cost savings, and delivering on time.
PDS services include Project Management, Program Management, and Development Services, as well as Due Diligence/Facility Condition Assessment and Capital Improvement Projects. PDS serves both occupiers and investors across the full spectrum of asset types, including but not limited to Office, Life Sciences, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, Critical Environments, and Multifamily.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE
Brian has spent 25+ years working in various levels of commercial real estate leadership at Cushman & Wakefield for both occupiers and investors across multiple service lines, which affords him the expertise to truly serve clients at all levels.
Prior to leading PDS, Brian served as St. Louis Managing Principal, leading 25 brokers and nearly 200 property management professionals in overseeing 25 million square feet. Prior, he was the St. Louis Asset Services City Lead, and in this role, successfully realigned the team to provide enriched talent development and opportunities for associate growth, as well as improving client accountability.
The first 15 years of his career was focused on serving occupiers as part of our Global Occupier Services (GOS) group. During his tenure within GOS, he held numerous positions, starting as a Transaction Manager, and working his way up to Account Director and eventually to Executive Account Director. Brian was part of winning and managing many significant accounts within GOS and often was the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring delivery of services exceeded expectations.
