Carmen Thompson began her real estate career over 18 years ago with a publicly-traded retail shopping center REIT, where she assisted in shopping center development, third-party construction management, and QPAM advisory services. After eight years working in a full service real estate firm, Carmen explored her marketing and entrepreneurial background, launching Blueprint Marketing in 2012, which lead her back into real estate with Cassidy Turley in 2014.

Currently, Carmen conducts agency leasing for the retail division in Cushman & Wakefield. As a Senior Associate, Carmen focuses on Landlord and Tenant representation across the state of Indiana, securing over $46 million in transactions and leasing over 653,000 square feet since 2017. Carmen experience includes stabilizing distressed asset, from receivership through the sale of the investment.
