Chad is the Managing Principal for the Carolinas, overseeing markets including Raleigh-Durham, Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Greenville, Charleston, and Columbia. He is responsible for driving the company’s regional strategy, fostering growth, and maintaining a client-focused culture. Additionally, Chad serves on the council for the Military and Veteran Programs (MVP) at the Americas level as part of his role at Cushman and Wakefield.

Prior to his role as Managing Principal, Chad was with Manganaro Southeast, where he served as Regional Vice President. In that position, he helped drive business development in the southeast through expanding their geographic footprint, operational and strategic planning and leading office site selection and staffing efforts.

Additionally, Chad served eight years in the U.S. Army, where he had multiple combat deployments and was awarded several Army Achievement, Army Commendation, Campaign and NATO medals.
