Chris Hipps leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Advisory business across the state of Texas in Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. As Managing Principal, Chris provides strategic oversight to the region’s team of professionals to develop comprehensive solutions to both investor and occupier clients. Additionally, Chris leads the region’s growth strategies and recruiting initiatives.

With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Chris most recently served as Senior Managing Director for Advisory and Transaction Services, Investor Services at CBRE. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Prentiss Properties Trust and Brandywine Realty Trust where he was responsible for all regional business activities such as acquisitions, dispositions, development, portfolio performance, and leasing and management. His experience includes expertise in development, investment sales and operations for a more than $1 billion portfolio across the Southwest and Western United States.
