Chuck Belden has played a significant role in the growth and development of the Inland Empire region and has taken part in the Tenant and Landlord representation of some of the area’s largest transactions, totaling more than 50 million square feet. To date he has completed more than 2,400 acres of land sales.
Mr. Belden entered the field of real estate as an appraiser in 1978 following graduation from the University of California, Berkeley and began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 1984 as an Industrial Broker focusing on the Inland Empire. His background includes expertise in industrial project development, design and marketing, lease and sale transactions, tenant representation, build-to-suit, and investment sales. In his career, he has participated in more than 1 billion of sales and lease transactions. Mr. Belden is a licensed real estate Broker in the State of California.
