Andrew Braver is a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate services firms. He joined C&W’s Brokerage Services Group in 2011. Andrew previously worked as a commercial real estate advisor for The Manhattes Group, LLC and as a leasing associate at Guardian Realty Investors based in Bethesda, Maryland.

Andrew focuses on tenant representation of Fortune 500 companies, financial firms, law firms, technology companies, and healthcare organizations. In 2018, he represented Pfizer on its lease of over 800,000 square feet for its global headquarters, the largest new lease in New York City that year.
