Fermin serves as Director and is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlotte Industrial Services Team. Fermin provides landlords and tenants across North and South Carolina with a wide range of commercial real estate services including transaction management, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, and investment analysis. Fermin brings 10 years of leasing and sales experience which includes over 500 total transactions during that time.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Fermin was a Senior Vice President with Foundry Commercial, an associate at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, and an associate with Cassidy Turley he focused the majority of his efforts on providing landlord clients leasing results that added significant value to their assets.
