Gina Moore is a Director within the Industrial division of Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in industrial and land properties.

Gina Moore helped open the Las Vegas office of Cushman & Wakefield in 2001 and quickly became recognized as a leader in commercial real estate throughout Southern Nevada. She joined the Salt Lake City industrial group in 2010. She has completed over 400 transactions, representing acquisitions and sales for private and institutional investors, and landlord/tenant assignments. Although her focus is primarily on industrial and land deals, Gina has also completed transactions in the retail market, advised build-to-suit projects for building owners, and assisted in the pre-leasing of several large distribution projects in both Nevada and Utah.

Prior to opening the Cushman & Wakefield Las Vegas office, Gina worked for more than five years in the management side of residential real estate. Gina’s vast experience, in all aspects of the real estate industry, is hard to match. She understands the needs of clients and commits to ensuring they are met.
