Jason Tolliver serves as Logistics & Industrial Co-Lead for the Americas at Cushman & Wakefield. Together with his colleague, Nicole Bennett, they are responsible for driving the overall direction, strategy and growth of our Americas Industrial platform. Jason brings deep expertise and focus on our Investor business gleaned from over two decades of experience in regional, national, and international economic development, law, and economic analysis.
Before moving into his current role, Jason was the Global Head of Industrial Research at Cushman & Wakefield. In this position, he worked collaboratively with his global counterparts in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific to provide clients global, forward-looking advice on macroeconomic trends affecting business and commercial real estate.
Jason is a frequent conference speaker and contributor to radio, television, and print media where he discusses factors impacting the supply-demand fundamentals of industrial real estate. He has written numerous articles on topics related to the economy and property markets and is a recurrent guest on business networks where he shares his perspective on the market and provides his forecast on trends to watch.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Jason engaged in the practice of law and held several economic development positions, including Director of Domestic and International Business Development for the Indiana Department of Commerce. He began his professional career working as a liaison for the Office of the Mayor of Kuji, Japan where he served as a translator and interpreter for visiting dignitaries and business executives while promoting business development activities conducted by the Japanese government.
