Jeff Matella is a core member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago Industrial Real Estate team. With a focus on new business generation, Jeff specializes in creating strategic real estate solutions for his clients, including dispositions and acquisitions of industrial facilities and vacant land within the suburban Chicago submarkets. His client focused services also include, agency leasing, tenant/buyer representation and the structuring/negotiation of commercial leases. Jeff has completed over 80 transactions valued at $200M.

Prior to this role, Jeff served as an Account Representative for the world’s largest industrial supply company. He developed and managed over 200 highly diversified industrial businesses in the maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) sectors based in the Northwest Territory of Chicago. Jeff’s highly consultative and solution-oriented approach assisted his clients in developing more comprehensive programs to achieve their MRO needs while maximizing spend. Previous to that role, Jeff was an Account Executive for a highly innovative manufacturer of spirits. Working directly with the President and Chief Marketing Officer, he developed and implemented marketing strategies to promote, position and place their portfolio of products through numerous retail channels in the Northwest Territory of Chicago. Jeff assisted his clients in growing their specialty product category by over 70%.
