As Leader of Global Practice Groups, Jessica is responsible for governance, development, and execution of go-to-market strategies for 20 key industry sectors, including Life Sciences, Data Centers and Healthcare. Focusing on alignment across the firm, she drives the global strategy for Practice Groups by cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and collective expertise. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jessica connects the organization’s capabilities and specialized expertise to help our professionals solve the most complex real estate challenges for clients. 

Jessica also serves as the Business Lead of Cushman & Wakefield’s Business Incentives team, where she provides strategic oversight and promotes service alignment with our location strategy and incentives practices. 

Throughout Jessica’s tenure, she has managed operational and strategic initiatives across multiple service lines and alongside senior leadership. Her track record of spearheading transformative company-wide projects is proof of her exceptional leadership and client-centric approach.
