Kristian Hart is a Senior Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield in the Central Valley Market. She was instrumental in expanding the company’s NorCal Asset Services presence with the launching of its first Fresno Property Management office in 2022 located in Downtown Fresno.  Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, she has been focusing her expertise on fostering tenant relations, lease administration, contract negotiations and budget management.

Previously, Kristian worked for First Commercial Realty Group, in the Pacific Northwest.  During her time with FCRG, Kristian’s responsibilities included client relations, team management, lease negotiations, tenant relations, construction management and portfolio management.

Kristian initially began her career at Equity Office Properties as a Property Administrator, where she focused primarily on tenant relations and vendor management.  Over the course of her career, she has worked with JLL, PMRG, Commonwealth Partners and Maguire Properties successfully supporting and serving clients such as KBS Realty Group, American Realty Advisors, Adventist Health and Dignity Healthcare.  She advanced through increasingly responsible positions gaining extensive experience in acquisition studies, due diligence, lease negotiations, tenant relations, construction management, lease compliance, budget management, CAM reconciliation audits and contract negotiations. She continually concentrates on creating and sustaining a quality environment for tenants in retail, mixed-use, office, industrial and healthcare products to produce the best results for clients.
