Laura works closely with internal Cushman & Wakefield teams such as lease administration, project management, finance/accounting, consulting/labor analytics, tax incentives, and the international desk to deliver best-in-class services and a seamless end-to-end transaction experience for her clients. 

Relationship building is another key responsibility for Laura who manages the client touch program for her team. She is also focused on cultivating connections with the local commercial real estate community through her involvement in industry events, sponsorships and volunteering.

Previously, Laura served as a Transaction Coordinator at Gottesman Residential Real Estate in Austin, Texas. In this position, Laura helped execute over $40 million dollars in sales. She designed marketing collateral, managed their CRM database, reviewed contracts for accuracy and compliance, and oversaw contract deadlines to ensure a successful close.

Laura resides in Denver, Colorado, and is part of the top Tenant Advisory Team along with Steve Billigmeier, Rob Bain and Sid Dixon. She is an integral part of the team tasked with deal execution and account management, process optimization, client surveys and tours, and strategic business development.
