Luke Raimondo leads a multi-disciplined team of professionals which has completed over 4 million square feet of lease transactions with an aggregate value exceeding 1 billion. Luke has represented clients in nearly every major real estate market in the United States, and internationally in the UK, EMEA, Japan, India, and Southeast Asia.
Luke’s client list includes major banks, hedge funds, technology companies, and all manner of professional services organizations. His team has a particular expertise with law firms and has led over 50 law firm transactions across the United States. He is an expert in law firm trends, and has been published on the subject of law firm office leasing in Legal Management, Managing Partner, the Bottom Line, and various other publications.
Before entering brokerage, Luke was a real estate attorney where he represented major municipal entities in transactional real estate acquisition work and real estate litigation. Luke remains an active member of the California Bar.
