As Managing Director of Global Capital Advisory, Marc Royer supports the Global Capital Markets team by providing new capital solutions to our platform. He partners with our broker teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to introduce international capital to our clients. In doing this, the team also provides off-shore investors with the ability to allocate their capital in the US.

Marc’s key responsibilities are to: 

  • Lead and manage global investor relations for the US and act as the Latin American Capital Desk.
  • Manage US deal placement to international investors and provide support to C&W Investment Sales and EDSF teams regarding access to international capital. 
  • Provide investment advice and recommendations to international investor clients.
  • Facilitate outbound capital placement into Latin American markets for US domestic and other international investors.

Prior to joining the Global Capital Advisory Team, Marc Royer was Head of Capital Markets for South America at Cushman & Wakefield since 2018.
Marc has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investment in Europe and South America, with close to USD 2 billion in transaction volume. 
From 2005 to 2012, Marc Royer was working in Real Estate Investment Management, first at Banco Santander, then at CBRE IM in Spain where he was managing pan-European investment vehicles for HNWI. 

Before joining C&W, Marc was Director of Advisory & Transaction Services and Head of Capital Markets at CBRE Chile.

 

Marc Royer is fluent in English, Spanish, French and proficient Portuguese and holds a BA and master's in international management from IPAG Business School (Nice, France).
