As Co-Chief Executive, Americas, Marla Maloney oversees the firm’s Americas Investor Services teams by helping clients make informed decisions and maximize returns across the life cycle of an asset. She has responsibility for Capital Markets, Asset Services, Agency Leasing, Valuation & Advisory, and Project & Development Services businesses.

In her previous role as President of Americas Asset Services, Marla spearheaded transformative advancements in our operating platform, elevating service delivery to best-in-class standards. Under her leadership, she guided the Asset Services business through the complexities of the COVID-19 pandemic, establishing essential support systems for both our clients and our teams. Her strategic insight helped identify new growth areas, including the addition of Multifamily Asset Services, expanding our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our investor clients.

Marla is a key member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Management Team, reporting directly to the firm’s global President. She also serves on Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Executive Committee. Marla has been with Cushman & Wakefield for more than 20 years. She holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and specializes in property management, agency leasing, asset management and client accounting. She was recognized as one of Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence in 2010, 2017, 2018 and 2020, and made Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate list in 2018.

Marla received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MBA from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
