Matt, a native of the East Bay, started his career in commercial real estate with Shorenstein Realty Services in San Francisco doing property and construction management for office properties.

In 2022, Matt decided to make the transition from office to industrial real estate where he works exclusively with Victor DeBoer in representing owners and occupants of Industrial Buildings along the 880 Corridor (Alameda, San Leandro, Hayward, Union City, Newark, Fremont).

Matt’s focus is on canvassing, cold calling and surveying the area in order to generate new clients and/or discover suitable space for existing clients who are looking in the market.

Matt’s attention to detail and extensive customer relations experience ensures that both his clients and any other parties involved are left with a positive experience.
