Max joined Cushman & Wakefield's (formerly DTZ) Chicago office as an Associate in 2014. He is a member of Cushman & Wakefield's new business development team serving the demands of small to large businesses in the Chicago CBD. In efforts to help clients mitigate costs, Max focuses on capital preservation as the primary goal to ensure their real estate assets are in line with day-to-day operations. Efficient use of real estate only further promotes the client's company culture and profitability. He accompanies a team specializing in servicing office, industrial, and flex space clients in the Chicago metro area with responsibilities ranging from general market surveys to global portfolio analyses.

Max is experienced in collaborating with the team to resolve clients' real estate issues by analyzing space needs, managing potential options, then implementing the solution that best fits the client's business objectives. He has worked with regional and national firms to measure their real estate performance against market benchmarks to determines the strongest use of their assets.
