Michael Madden is a Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory and Transaction Services group, primarily focused in Chicago’s suburban markets. He services clients across a variety of sectors in the negotiations of their office leases, in addition to industrial warehousing and more recent lab space demands. By persevering through the dynamics of today’s real estate environment, Michael has been recognized by his peers as a reliable resource and “go-to” in assisting C&W’s top brokerage teams on successfully implementing client goals and objectives.

As a testament of his work, Michael has accelerated his career with the direct involvement in upwards of 750,000 SF of transactions since entering the industry in 2018. Prior to his time with C&W, he served four years in a similar role with real estate services firm, CBRE, and two years with Newmark Group. Michael also spent six years in a national sales role within the Staffing and Recruitment industry prior to his real estate experience as well.
