Mike Mordaunt, an Executive Vice Chairman at C&W, is a dedicated tenant representative with 18 years of brokerage and over 23 years of corporate experience. He co-leads the Tenant Rep Best Practices Committee and is a member of the Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) at C&W. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mike was the youngest top producing Vice Chairman, Co-Branch Manager and Co-Leader at Savills, as well as a Principal at Cresa.

Mike has an impressive track record, having completed transactions exceeding 15 million sf for tenants, with a total consideration surpassing $5B. His clientele has included prominent names like Twilio, EMC, Dell, Palo Alto Networks, Samsung, and Twitter, among others.

Recognized for his expertise, Mike was honored as "40 under 40" by the Silicon Valley Business Journal in 2013 and was named a Silicon Valley Power Broker by Costar in 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Beyond his professional achievements, he has served on the Board of Directors for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and Los Gatos Little League, showcasing his commitment to community service.
