Michael Thompson (CalDRE Lic. #00822523) has been a leasing broker with Cushman & Wakefield in the Silicon Valley for over 33 years.

He has been the listing agent for Parkway Plaza located in Santa Clara, a 200,000 sq.ft. office project for over 18 years. In the course of his career in the Silicon Valley commercial real estate market, Mr. Thompson has handled assignments totaling over twenty million square feet of office/research and development space. Over the last ten years his leasing transactions have been valued at over 500 million. Mr. Thompson has represented the interests of technology companies and professional service firms and has completed transactions in every major market in the United States.
