Patrick Kerscher joined Cushman & Wakefield | Colorado Springs Commercial in 2022 as a Senior Managing Director and is primarily focused on the leasing and sales of retail properties, with a focus on occupier and agency representation, and retail development. With more than 17 years of experience in providing market analysis and site selection, his past clients included some of the best names in supermarkets, shopping centers and national retailers. Patrick’s expertise and market knowledge spans southern Colorado, however, his primary focus is Colorado Springs and the immediate surrounding areas.
Prior to joining Colorado Springs Commercial, Patrick was Vice President with CBRE, a principal with Landmark Commercial Group, and began his career with the Trammell Crow Company. He is a member of ICSC and volunteers with El Paso County Search and Rescue. Patrick is an Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve and lives in Colorado Springs with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children.
