Richard Scholtz joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Austin office in 2025 as a Director in the Valuation & Advisory group. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Scholtz was with JLL, where he served as a Senior Director in the Austin office. During his tenure with the firm, he developed appraisal and consulting expertise concentrated in specialized assignments involving corridor valuation and multi-parcel eminent domain projects throughout Texas. Analysis on valuation have been performed on various properties, including but not limited to, single and multi-tenant industrial buildings, low rise office buildings, mixed-use facilities, mini-storage facilities, absolute net lease property, ranches, and vacant land.
Clients served include private and institutional lenders, private and public utilities and public agencies. Assignments have been performed for condemnation purposes, financing and due diligence support. Valuations and market studies have been performed on proposed and existing structures.
