Ryan Velasquez is a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Ontario office, located in Southern California’s Inland Empire. He has represented institutional and regional owners and tenants for 12 years, primarily focused in the West and East Inland Empire. Since joining Cushman and Wakefield, Ryan has excelled by gaining market share and expanding his business, with superior planning and execution. He specializes in industrial properties between 20,000 to 300,000+ square feet.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan Velasquez joined the Grubb & Ellis Multi-Family Services Group. After approximately two years of service, Ryan formed Richmont Properties Inc.; a boutique multi-family investment company where he acted as principal and property manager, overseeing in excess of sixty multi-family units. Following his tenure with Richmont Properties Inc., Ryan joined the Land Acquisitions Division of KB HOME, where he conducted acquisitions and negotiated contracts. Grubb & Ellis successfully recruited Ryan back to brokerage in 2005, where he joined the Industrial Services Group.
