Sandra Boyle, CPM, LEED AP

Executive Managing Director, COO Asset Services • United States

License #00851031

Sandra joined Cushman & Wakefield in April 2011 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Asset Services. In this interim role, Sandra is focused on the strategic alignment of the multifamily and commercial operations to ensure optimal resource allocation for the continued growth of the platform. Before this, she led the firm's commercial Asset Services platform in the West Region and Canada where she was responsible for expanding the business and overseeing more than 400 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space. Sandra’s efforts are concentrated on client care, team engagement, cultivating best practices, executing consistent processes and procedures, and recruiting top industry talent.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sandra served as the Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Development at Glenborough Realty Trust. In this role, she directed several core functions and corporate divisions, including strategic planning, asset management, leasing, portfolio management, property management, legal, corporate services and IT. Sandra was instrumental in transitioning the private company with the formation of the REIT in 1996. She was also responsible for establishing and opening 35 management offices across the United States, overseeing office, industrial, retail and multifamily portfolios.

Sandra’s career has been driven by her passion for giving back to the industry through a strategy focused on promoting education for both current and future professionals. Her legacy will be the creation of The Commercial Real Estate Alliance with BOMA San Francisco, a 501(c)(3) organization established to advance education in commercial real estate at San Francisco State University.
