Steve A. Vlassek is an accomplished Director at Cushman & Wakefield USA, based in the Boise, Idaho office. With over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, he specializes in office leasing, investment sales, and retail properties, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of office, retail, and land assets. Throughout his career, Steve has successfully facilitated transactions for two of the largest NW regional landlord/developers, handling all aspects of lease and sales agreements. 

Steve’s deep expertise spans a full range of commercial real estate services, from contract negotiation and market analysis to property marketing and project completion. His unwavering commitment to excellence has earned him a reputation for going above and beyond client expectations, ensuring that each transaction is handled with the utmost care, integrity, and attention to detail. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Steve worked as a Lease and Development Consultant with the Sundance Company and The WH Moore Company, two of the NW region's largest and most respected developers. He also gained invaluable insights into the challenges facing today’s decision-makers during his tenure as owner and principal broker of ERA Brokers/NAI, Re/Max Realty Resources, and Go Realty Inc. in Southern Utah. His background in both brokerage and development equips him with a unique perspective, enabling him to deliver exceptional value and strategic solutions to his clients in every commercial real estate transaction.
